General Author Guidelines
- The Manuscript should be written in Indonesian or English and have never been published or is not in the process of submission for publication to other media and does not contain elements of plagiarism.
- The Manuscript may take the form of research, case studies, or literary studies.
- The author should register as an author. The guides to register and submit the paper is at the bottom.
- The Manuscript will publish in Kerta Dyatmika after being reviewed by peer reviewers.
- The Manuscript should be prepared according to the following author guidelines and template.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Structure of the manuscripts
Title. The title should be short, clear, and current, but no more than 16 words. The title should be on target and in accordance with the issue being discussed. The title of the article should not contain uncommon abbreviations.
Author and institution name. The author's name must be accompanied by the author's institution, institution address, and email address, without academic title and position.
Abstract. The abstract is written concisely and factually, covering the research objectives, research methods, and research results and conclusions. The abstract is written in English and Indonesian, with a word count of between 150 - 250 words in one paragraph. Keywords. Include three to five keywords that are relevant and specific to the article; but are quite common in the same discipline.
INTRODUCTION. The introduction includes the background of the problem, problem formulation and research objectives, a summary of theoretical studies related to the problem being studied.
METHOD. The research method used can be normative research or empirical research. In normative research, it is equipped with the type of approach, sources of legal materials, legal material collection techniques and data analysis techniques. In empirical research, it is equipped with the nature of the research, data and data sources, data collection techniques and data processing and analysis. The research method is presented briefly and clearly.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION. The discussion contains the results of the research findings and their discussion. Write down the findings obtained from the results of the research that has been carried out and must be supported by adequate legal materials or legal data. The results of the research and findings must be able to answer the problems, questions or research hypotheses in the introduction.
CONCLUSION. The conclusion presents a summary of the description of the results and discussion that illustrates the answers to the hypotheses and/or objectives of the research or the findings obtained.
REFERENCES. The literature listed in the References only contains sources that are referred to or included in the article. We recommend preparing references with a bibliographic software package, such as Mendeley, EndNote, Reference Manager or Zotero to avoid typos and duplicate references. Reference sources must provide 80% of journal articles, proceedings, or research results from the last five years.
