The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable at Bank Woori Saudara, Denpasar Branch Office
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable at Bank Woori Saudara Denpasar Branch Office. Research was conducted at BWS KC Denpasar located in Renon, Denpasar. The research used a sample of 127 BWS KC Denpasar employees. Path analysis is used as a data analysis technique. Research findings show that leadership style influences employee performance at BWS KC Denpasar, and work discipline also influences employee performance. Apart from that, employee motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style also plays a role in influencing work motivation and work discipline also influences worker motivation. Leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation at BWS KC Denpasar, and likewise work discipline has an effect on employee performance through work motivation.References
