Interaction of Parasitoids with Leaf Miner Fly (Diptera: Agromyzidae) on Potato and Tomato Plants in Bali

Abstract

Lalat pengorok daun, Liriomyza spp. merupakan salah satu hama penting yang menyerang daun tanaman kentang dan tomat di Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman, kelimpahan, dominasi, dan tingkat parasitisasi spesies parasitoid yang berasosiasi dengan Liriomyza spp. yang menyerang tanaman kentang dan tomat di Bali pada bulan September 2021-Februari 2022 dengan menggunakan metode survei yang meliputi dataran sedang 700-1000 mdpl dan dataran tinggi >1000 mdpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan mengambil 150-250 daun tanaman yang menunjukkan gejala ekskresi larva di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parasitoid yang berasosiasi dengan Liriomyza spp. pada bulan September 2021-Februari 2022 memiliki nilai indeks keanekaragaman (H) sedang (1,62 - 1,69), kelimpahan (R1) rendah (0,84 - 1,12), dan dominasi (R2) rendah (0,84 - 1,12). (D) rendah (0,18-0,22). Opius dissitus merupakan parasitoid yang paling banyak berasosiasi dengan Liriomyza spp. dari September 2021-Februari 2022. Pada ketinggian 700-1000 mdpl dan >1000 mdpl, indeks keanekaragaman (H) parasitoid yang berasosiasi dengan Liriomyza spp. memiliki nilai sedang (1,56 dan 1,72), kelimpahan (R1) rendah (0,83 dan 0,74), dan dominasi (D) rendah (0,26 dan 0,19). Opius chromatomyiae merupakan parasitoid yang memiliki tingkat parasitisasi tertinggi sebesar 26,27% pada tanaman kentang pada ketinggian > 1000 mdpl.
