2024-09-30T03:19:12+08:00Copyright (c) 2024 I Gusti Ngurah Agung Suardiarta, Made Mariada Rijasa, Ayu Putu Utari Parthami Lestarihttp://43.243.142.146/index.php/anala/article/view/1576PERENCANAAN DAN PERANCANGAN AGROWISATA TAMAN UPAKARA DAN USADHA DI DESA BANJAR ANYAR, KEDIRI, TABANAN2024-09-30T07:29:52+08:00I Gede Esa Darma Santikaezazero5@gmail.comPutu Gde Ery Suardanaerysuardana@gmail.comArya Bagus Mahadwijati Wijaatmajaaku@aryabagus.com
Planning and design of Upakara and Usada Park Agrotourism aims to create a tourist attraction that focuses on the preservation of upakara and usada plantations and is able to provide education to the public about the importance of protecting the environment, so the focus point in this research is finding interesting themes and design concepts that inspire People's interest in visiting agro-tourism objects and increasing their interest in paying more attention to the environment. In the 1990s the internet entered Indonesia and until now in 2024, the internet has changed a lot in the way people communicate, even changing the way people trade and work. Countries in the world are competing to dominate international markets by developing technology and developing human resources. Under the leadership of the

7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Indonesia is targeted to become a developed country in

2045. To support the ideals of the Indonesian state, human resources need to be prepared and trained to compete with countries in the world. Indonesia needs to develop a creative industry sector that utilizes skills, creativity and talent. The creative industry has a positive impact on cultural, social and educational preservation. Preparations need to be planned from the village level to the national level. Every region in Indonesia needs to have a creative industry center to support and stimulate the creativity of the country's creative children. This research will plan a creative industry center in Badung Regency, Bali Province. Badung Regency is the district that has the highest tourism visits. According to the creative economy agency, in 2021 there are 17 creative industry sub-sectors. In this design, the use of garland and decoration plays a central role in creating a unique aesthetic and expressing religious values and the natural surroundings. Carvings, such as the structures on pelinggih, provide a distinctive physical structure, while decoration, such as wood carvings and paintings, add artistic details that enrich the appearance of the building. Through this research, we explore the use of garland and decoration in Balinese building design and instill them with cultural identity and traditional values.
2024-09-30T03:27:38+08:00Copyright (c) 2024 Nyoman Ari Adnyana, Desak Made Sukma Widiyani, Frysa Wiriantari, Ni Putu Yunita Laura Vianthihttp://43.243.142.146/index.php/anala/article/view/1579Penerapan Konsep Comfort Of Human Circulation dan Arsitektur Neo Vernakular Pada Redesain Pasar Tradisional Desa Sayan2024-09-30T07:30:17+08:00I Wayan Wirya Sastrawanwayanwiryasastrawan@gmail.comI Gede Surya Darmawanwirya.unwar1@warmadewa.ac.idI Gusti Agung Gede Wisnu Kusuma Dwipayanawirya.unwar1@warmadewa.ac.id
Traditional markets are places where buying and selling transactions take place between traders and buyers by implementing a bargaining system that is characteristic of traditional markets. Many people depend on the existence of traditional markets. Especially for lower middle class people. Sayan Village Traditional Market, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency is a location for trading daily necessities such as fruit, vegetables, meat, prayer tools, and others. The problems faced by this market are unhygienic market conditions and the appearance of slums, buildings and spatial layout. Sayan Market experiences an inadequate and disorganized condition, with a number of areas not being utilized optimally, such as chaotic parking and kiosk facilities and main market stalls that are neglected and not well maintained. This can cause people to feel uncomfortable, and people prefer modern markets that prioritize cleanliness. The research method used by the author to prepare this research is a qualitative method in the form of literature study, observation, documentation and interviews. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to redesign the Traditional Market in Sayan Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency so that it can accommodate functions well packaged in a new, clean, comfortable market appearance and pay attention to more optimal circulation
2024-09-30T03:30:46+08:00Copyright (c) 2024 I Wayan Wirya Sastrawan, I Gede Surya Darmawan, I Gusti Agung Gede Wisnu Kusuma Dwipayanahttp://43.243.142.146/index.php/anala/article/view/1581Pendampingan Masyarakat Dalam Revitalisasi Desa Wisata Kokokan Di Banjar Petulu Gunung2024-09-30T07:30:23+08:00Pande Putu Dwi Noviggapandeartha69@warmadewa.ac.idNi Putu Ratih Pradnyaswaripandeartha69@warmadewa.ac.idPutu Ayu Sita Laksmipandeartha69@warmadewa.ac.id
Petulu Village is a suburb of Ubud which is used as an area for expanding Ubud tourism. Petulu Village is famous for one of the uniquenesses in one of the hamlets, namely Banjar Petulu Gunung. The uniqueness of this hamlet is that it has a gathering of thousands of Kokokan birds that live around the Banjar Petulu Gunung area. So that this uniqueness is used as a tourist attraction called the Kokokan tourist attraction. This Kokokan tourist attraction already has several accommodation facilities such as ticketing, toilets and a bale banjar as a meeting place. However, these facilities are considered less than optimal so that tourists are reluctant to pay. Kokokan birds are also located along the main road which is generally passed by the community and tourists so that without having to pay, tourists can see the birds. This tourist attraction has been managed by the local Pokdarwis. But until now the tourist attraction has not been managed properly so that it has not been profitable in terms of economy. These problems must be resolved together by the relevant Village Stakeholders, the Community and Academics in order to obtain optimal quality tourist attractions. Of course, some of the solutions offered are related to the field of science of the implementing team, namely providing ideas for a master plan for the development of the Kokokan tourist attraction and its tourism development management. The hope of this PKM is to help develop the potential of the Village to become an independent Tourism Village.
2024-09-29T06:41:17+08:00Copyright (c) 2024 Pande Putu Dwi Novigga, Ni Putu Ratih Pradnyaswari, Putu Ayu Sita Laksmi
